To redeem a gift card, just email us at orders@pavillon54.com and we’ll assist you in the purchase of the artwork(s) of your choice.
It’s easy and to purchase and redeem. Click on BUY NOW. You’ll be redirected to our partner’s portal Gift Up! for checkout. Select the gift card's total and follow the payment instructions.
We'll email you (or your recipient) a virtual gift card once your order has been confirmed.
If the amount you'd like to add to the gift card is not in the drop-down menu, or you'd rather pay over the phone, email us at info@pavillon54.com.
Gift cards can be redeemed within a year of purchase. Kindly note that we are unable to extend a gift card's validity.
Note that we charge a 5% service fee on gift cards' purchase to cover Gift Up's processing fees.
